MES Student Backup Account Credentials

If you are unable to login to your student’s 1:1 device OR Google account using your Clever badge, please use the backup credentials for your student. These can be found in your Aspen portal.

Bypass Chromebook Clever Badge login

At the login screen (where it says “Sign into your Chromebook) BEFORE clicking the blue [Next >] button click the blue link that says “Sign in with a different account.”

Proceed to login using credentials, found below.

Viewing credentials as a parent

Login to your Aspen family portal account at  https://ma-hopedale.myfollett.com/ 
Find the student in your student list (Family top tab):

In the demographics information look for “Student Email Address” and “Default Account Password” for your login information:

Viewing credentials as a staff member

Go to your student top tab to see your student list
Click the fieldset button and select Student Account Information:
