Chrome Browser - Guest Session

A guest session can be used to bypass cache and cookies when visiting a particular website. This can be useful if you might be experiencing an issue and want to rule it out OR if you need to frequently go to a website in a different user session than being logged in with your normal HPS Google account.

  • Open Google Chrome (Windows)
  • In the top right click your letter icon bubble then click 'Guest':

  • A new Chrome window will pop up for the Guest session. You can easily tell which Chrome window you have up by looking in the top right, the guest one will show 'Guest' where your account letter icon bubble normally resides:

  • When finished, close the Guest window.
