Teachers:

IMPORTANT: All curriculum maps MUST be checked PRIOR to being made public.

Checking Curriculum Map:

While in 'District View', go to the 'Assessment' tab.
Click on 'Curriculum Maps' on the left side.
Search for the curriculum map, and click into it.

Making Curriculum Map Publicly Viewable:

IMPORTANT: Only do this after checking the curriculum map.
While in 'Staff View', go to the 'Gradebook' tab.
Click into the course.

Click on 'Curriculum Map' on the left side.
IMPORTANT: Please double check that the curriculum map shown is the correct one for the course. If not, please reach out to the office/guidance.
Check the 'Show in Portal' box to make the curriculum map publicly viewable.

Offices & Guidance:

Curriculum maps need to be associated with their respective courses. This part of the guide will cover that.
While in 'District View', go to the 'Schedule' tab.
Search for the course, and click into it.

When in the course, make sure you have the 'Curriculum Mapping' view selected (dropdown menu, right side).
Use the search function next to 'Curriculum Map' to bring up a search box.
Search & select the corresponding curriculum map for that course and click 'OK'.
Once done and the correct curriculum map is shown, click 'Save'.
NOTE: If applicable, a single curriculum map can be associated with multiple courses.

Parent's View:

Once teachers make the curriculum map publicly viewable, this is what parents will see.
Parents will go to the 'Academics' tab at the top, and then select their child.
They then click into the class.

By clicking 'Curriculum Map' on the left, they will see that class's curriculum map.
They can check the 'Show Lesson Plans' box to see all the lesson plans.
If they click the 'View' button, they will see all the details of the curriculum map.
