Creating Custom Shelf Icon - Chrome OS
Navigate to the website you wish to website you wish to create a shortcut for.
Click the three vertical dots in the top right corner, and then go down to the "Cast, save, and share" submenu.
Within that submenu, click "Create shortcut".
A new window will appear.
Set the name of the shortcut, check the "Open as Window" box, and click "Create"
Once created, click the "Apps" button in the bottom left of ChromeOS.
Look for the shortcut and drag the icon down to the tray/shelf.
